This summer (from 1 July to 31 August), we’re focusing on fun fitness for both you and your best 4-legged buddy. Don’t panic! We’re not going to try to turn you into Olympic athletes. The aim is to have a great time while getting healthier. No special kit needed – just a horse and a Facebook account. Simples.

         HOW IT WORKS

There is a choice of seven different challenges to choose from. You only need to choose THREE to complete. You can pick the right level for your capabilities, choosing either Hero, Superhero or Mega Superhero level. You don’t have to stick with the same level for all of your challenges. Also, this challenge can be completed with multiple horses.
